- A3 Project Thinking: Structure and practical application.
- Comparative overview: Lean vs Agile vs Six Sigma.
3. Lean Kanban (4 hours)
- Foundational concepts and key elements of the Kanban system.
- Board management strategies.
- Implementing Pull systems and Work In Progress (WIP) limits.
- Key flow metrics: Lead Time, Cycle Time, and Takt Time.
4. Lean in Operational Processes (4 hours)
