Introduction

Stage 1: Self-Awareness

To truly understand others, one must first have a robust understanding of their own behaviors, needs, and motivations.

  1. Team members will complete the PRISM BRAIN MAPPING assessment.
  2. Individual sessions: Each team member will meet with a certified PRISM trainer to interpret their report.

During these sessions, individuals will explore:

  • Their core strengths, potential weaknesses, and areas of difficulty in action and collaboration.
  • The degree to which they are currently leveraging their full potential.
  • Actions or situations that may trigger stress.
  • The work environment in which they perform best.
  • The conditions necessary for effective cooperation and communication with others.

Leaders will participate in two dedicated sessions:

  1. A review of their own report, focusing on leadership style, its strengths, and the potential challenges or difficulties arising from their approach.
  2. A comparative analysis of the leader's preference profile against the team's collective results. This allows the leader to gain insight into how their leadership style influences team dynamics.

Stage 2: Team Dynamics

Understanding others becomes possible when we identify the similarities and differences between ourselves and our colleagues. Commonalities foster empathy, while differences offer fresh perspectives, encouraging creativity and innovation.

  1. Workshop-style training on the characteristics of various behavioral preferences, their interdependencies, and their impact on communication and collaboration. This establishes a foundation for understanding the roots of human behavior, promoting openness to diverse approaches.
  2. An in-depth discussion on individual preferences, strengths, motivators, needs, and collaboration hurdles, aiming to pinpoint key similarities and significant differences within the team.
  3. An examination of collaboration challenges and the development of practical solutions to overcome them.
  4. An analysis of the team profile based on PRISM data, highlighting collective strengths, potential weaknesses, and specific communication and cooperation needs.
  5. Identifying areas for efficiency improvement and strategizing how the team can leverage its collective strengths to achieve these goals.

Stage 3: Client-Centric Communication

A solid grasp of one's own strengths, needs, and challenges, combined with an appreciation of diverse perspectives within the team, creates a strong basis for understanding clients and adapting communication strategies accordingly. This enables more effective addressing of client needs and the delivery of optimal services and solutions to their critical issues.
During this phase, participants will:

  • Discuss common challenges in client interactions and their underlying causes.
  • Learn to recognize different client behavioral preferences and tailor communication methods to suit them.
  • Identify which messages encourage openness from clients with specific preferences and which may create barriers to cooperation.
  • Practice crafting messages for various client types, refining the ability to customize communication for each individual.
  • Apply training concepts to real-world client interaction examples, developing new strategies for similar future scenarios.
