Target Audience:

This course is designed for all learners aiming to refine their workflow using free AI solutions.

Prerequisites:

No prior prerequisites are required, although to fully benefit from the course, learners should be proficient in using a web browser, navigating websites, and managing files. Familiarity with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace is advantageous.

Internet Access & a Web Browser: As many AI tools operate in the cloud, participants must be able to access these services online.

Licensing Requirements:

To complete the Use Case exercises included in this course, each participant must have:

• Access to a Microsoft 365 subscription (BYOS) with licensing for Microsoft 365 Copilot.

• A Microsoft OneDrive account, as Copilot relies on OneDrive to execute the file-sharing tasks featured in the Use Case exercises.
