  3. Evaluation of cloud adoption levels (IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS)
  4. Key components of cloud architecture, including Regions, Resource groups, and Resources
  5. Disaster recovery strategies focusing on RTO and RPO

Part II: Cloud Services in Practice

  • For each service module, participants will review descriptions, assess availability, performance, security, and pricing, and execute deployments using Bicep
  1. IaaS focus: Storage solutions, Azure Container Instance, and AKS
  2. PaaS focus: Cosmos DB, App Service, Azure SQL Database, Service Bus, and Application Insights

Part III: Implementing Clean Architecture

  1. Core principles of Clean Architecture
  2. Selecting optimal cloud services while weighing pros and cons
  3. Practical application: Building and deploying a Clean Architecture solution in Azure using .NET

Part IV: Microservices-Based Architectures

  1. Foundational principles of microservices design
  2. Strategic selection of cloud services, considering advantages and limitations
  3. Introduction to DAPR
  4. Practical application: Constructing and deploying microservices in Azure using .NET

Part V: Advanced Cloud Architectures - DDD, CQRS, and Event Sourcing

  1. Overview of Domain Driven Design (DDD), Command Query Responsibility Segregation (CQRS), and Event Sourcing
  2. Architectural patterns within DDD frameworks
  3. Comparative analysis of cloud service choices and their respective trade-offs
  4. Practical application: Developing and deploying a DDD-based architecture in Azure using .NET

Requirements

  • Proficiency in an advanced programming language, such as C# or Java.
  • Foundational understanding of the architectural patterns covered, including Clean Architecture and microservices.
  • Basic exposure to and experience with cloud service platforms.
  • A minimum of five years of professional experience in software development.
