Requirements
Target audience
This course is intended for:
- Holders of a valid ITIL® 4 Foundation certification
The training prepares participants for the official ITIL® 5 Foundation Bridge certification exam, which is included in the program. This certification validates updated knowledge of the ITIL framework and supports continued professional growth in service management.
Participant requirements
A valid ITIL® 4 Foundation certificate is required for participation. No additional preparatory work is needed prior to the course.
Assessment procedure
An exam voucher valid for 6 months is provided, offering flexibility in choosing an exam date.
Following the training, participants will receive guidance on registering for the exam. Scheduling is managed directly via the PeopleCert platform using an individual account. The assessment takes place online under remote supervision, with a PeopleCert proctor monitoring the session via webcam and secure connection. Prior to starting, participants must verify their identity and display their surroundings to ensure adherence to exam protocols.
Exam specifications
- Time limit: 30 minutes
- Format: Multiple-choice questions (20 items)
- Passing threshold: 65% (a minimum of 13 correct answers)
- Resources: Closed-book format
