The DevSecOps Practitioner course serves as the advanced progression for those who have completed the DevSecOps Foundation track. Moving beyond foundational concepts, this program delves into the technical intricacies of implementation. The curriculum begins by exploring the broader conceptual landscape, then transitions to evaluating existing metrics or crafting bespoke metrics tailored to specific DevOps contexts. The core of the course focuses on architectural evolution, infrastructure construction, and optimizing CI/CD pipelines. It concludes by exploring methods to maximize experimentation practices and contemplating the future trajectory of DevSecOps.

This course introduces advanced methodologies for exploring DevSecOps within your organization. Each section provides practical maturity guides and examines how to synergize people, processes, and technology to enhance outcomes.

Please note: Holding the DevOps Institute DevSecOps Foundation certification is a prerequisite for the DevSecOps Practitioner exam.

CERTIFICATION EXAM

Achieving a score of 65% or higher on the 90-minute examination, which consists of 40 multiple-choice questions, results in the SRE Practitioner certificate. The certification is governed and maintained by the DevOps Institute.
