Following this training, participants will be capable of:

• Increasing the rate of work item completion per unit of time.
• Shortening the time needed to complete work items.
• Improving the reliability of delivery estimates, thereby providing more accurate answers to timing questions.
• Monitoring flow metrics such as throughput, lead time, work in progress, and work item age.
• Employing flow charts, including the Cumulative Flow Diagram, Lead Time Histogram, and Work Aging Chart.
• Using statistical forecasting methods like Monte Carlo simulations and Service Level Agreement.
• Developing a Kanban System through the methodical STATIK approach.
• Understanding Little's Law and its relevance to the nature of value flow.

This intensive two-day program is tailored for teams operating within an Agile Release Train (ART), aiming to enhance their effectiveness in Agile environments through the application of frameworks like Scrum, Kanban, and XP. Participants will develop the skills to function as high-performing Agile Teams, manage backlogs efficiently, and successfully plan and execute iterations. The curriculum places significant emphasis on understanding the team's position within the ART and how to collaborate, plan, and drive continuous improvement in synergy with other teams.

The training equips teams to actively participate in Program Increment (PI) cycles, covering both Team-level and Program-level events, with a particular emphasis on upcoming PI planning sessions. Additionally, completing the course readies participants for the certification exam to obtain the SAFe® Practitioner (SP) credential.
